The basis for securing the quality of our products and processes is a certified quality management system documented in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, with the main focus clearly on promoting customer satisfaction and permanently improving the quality of our products and processes.

As far as the production process is concerned this means: all products and every single batch will be permanently monitored by our lab and verified to predefined criteria during production as well as following their completion. In doing so, we make sure only those products will be allowed to leave our facilities that comply with our own high-level ambitions, but above all with the requirements formulated by the customer.

Apart from these tight control mechanisms used in the production process, it goes without saying that the specifications of all relevant materials are also extensively tested upon their reception, to ensure a consistently high quality of our products.
