Traditional joining technologies like riveting, soldering, welding or screwing are increasingly substituted by modern adhesive systems, which offer numerous advantages.
Currently our product line includes more than 400 types of surface and construction adhesives, instant glues and special adhesives for a multitude of different applications. A comprehensive selection of special cleaning agents, special products, and accessories also constitutes a part of our delivery program. Thus we offer our customers, only from one source, a universal program with solutions all around the topic of bonding.
Insights into our world of applications
1-part PUR adhesives
Our single component adhesive systems on the basis of PUR have been tried and true for many years now. Even in case of an extremely high strain these adhesives will provide you with a safe and permanent connection for your adhesive panels, whether in crafts or in industrial sectors.
2-part PUR adhesives
Our two-component adhesive systems on the basis of PUR have been tried and true for many years now. Even in case of an extremely high strain these adhesive will provide you with a safe and permanent connection for your adhesive panels, whether in crafts or in industrial sectors.
Fast setting instant glues (Cyanacrylates)
Nearly all conventional materials, e.g. metals, many types of plastic, elastomers, wood, leather, ceramics, stone and many more, can be bonded with high strength, to be safe and age-resistant using the COSMO fast-setting instant glues.
Hybrid adhesives
This new generation of adhesives and adhesive seals was developed on the basis of alternative raw materials. As opposed to the usual PUR construction and assembly adhesives which consist of classified ingredients, with our COSMO HD-Adhesives we offer alternative systems for users with a consistent consciousness for environmental issues.
Diffusion adhesives
Our diffusion adhesives for bonding panels of hard PVC and acrylic (PMMA) have been tried and true for more than 30 years now. Apart from the very favourable UV and weather resistance, these adhesives are particularly popular for their ageing-resistant film properties.
Epoxy adhesives
Our Epoxy adhesives feature a two-component system consisting of a resin and a curing system. These adhesives feature a very high mechanical resistance, very good, temperature-resistant adhesive properties, offering optimum results when it comes to constructive, highly rigid adhesive connections.
Dispersion adhesives / glues
Apart from the classic PVAc dispersion adhesives, which, with the exception of D3 or D4 properties, naturally comply with the conditions of WATT 91, we offer you a selection of adhesive seals mainly used in "airtight bonding".
Primer for adhesive preparation
These solvent-free primers on the basis of acrylate polymer dispersion are used in particular for conveying/improving adhesive properties for seals and tapes on diverse absorbent, mineral subsurfaces.
Special cleaners
Our cleaning agents on solvent basis are available in various concentrations for different grades of contamination and cleaning tasks. On top of that, we offer you a selection of cleaning agents on a surfactant base.
Biobased adhesives
Our bio-based adhesives actively contribute to the protection of the environment. As innovative products, they have been developed with particular regard to our limited resources, without losing sight of the top quality that we take for granted.
Special products
We round off our product pipeline with a selection of special products, offering various solutions for special applications.
