A packed house, around 20 questions – and an open conversation about where we stand and where we are going.

At our latest employee meeting in Haiger, Weiss Group’s CEO Christian Doelle took our colleagues through the bigger picture: a look back at the past months, an assessment of today’s economic environment and, most importantly, a clear outlook on what lies ahead.

And the message was clear: WEISS is moving forward.

We are in the midst of an important transformation – strengthening our structures, investing in our capabilities, expanding internationally and opening up new markets. 

From our home base in Haiger to our growing activities in China and the United States, we are building a stronger, more competitive and future-ready WEISS.

But transformation is not just about markets, sites and investments. It is about people.

That is why open dialogue was at the heart of the meeting. Around 20 questions from our colleagues were addressed openly – covering everything from working conditions, development opportunities and leadership to production, individual business areas, our international expansion and the future of our Haiger site.

Not every question has a simple answer. But every question deserves a clear and honest one.

The energy in the room was unmistakable: WEISS is transforming. WEISS is growing. And WEISS is getting stronger.

There is real momentum across our company – and plenty to look forward to.
