Primer as adhesion improving agent for butyl- and bitumen-jointing tapes onto different absorbent, mineral underground.

COSMO® SP-830.171 forms, after the hardening up, a smooth, not permanent gluey film with a good  water resistance.

APPLICATION EXAMPLES

• Adhesion promotion/improvement of acrylate, butyl and bitumen adhesive tapes on various absorbent, mineral substrates, like cement and gypsum fibre board, concrete, stone, brick and lime sand brick masonry, fibrous substrates of soft fibre boards (natural, hydrophobic and bituminized), wood materials, wood (planed or rough) and building materials in general
• Adhesion promotion / improvement of, for instance, selfadhesive
  EPDM membranes on various absorbent mineral
  substrates.
